Return Policy
Items shipped from "bazaar"-egy can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Items that were received damaged, defective, used, missing parts or not as described could be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
Seller return policy:
When you order from a marketplace seller who fulfills and ships their own inventory (also called a third party seller), the seller will receive your return instead of "bazaar"-egy. While most sellers offer a returns policy equivalent to that of "bazaar"-egy, some seller returns policies may vary. To return an item you ordered from a seller, you can view the return policy of the seller before you purchase an item under Returns and Refunds Policy section of the Seller profile page. To view the seller's return policy after placing an order, you can select your order in the Online Returns Center. If not specified in the Seller's Returns and Refunds policy, the order will default to a 14 days return policy.
Marketplace sellers must either provide a return address within Egypt, provide a prepaid return label, or offer a full refund without requesting the item be returned. If a seller does not offer these methods to return your items, you may file an A-to-z Guarantee Refund request to seek help with your return.
Automatics items
If you have purchased an automotive item shipped from and sold by "bazaar"-egy that is defective and is covered by a manufacturer’s published warranty, "bazaar" will either replace the item or refund the cost of the item for the life of the published warranty unless provided otherwise in any statutory regulation.
Baby items:
Baby items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment, as long as they are in their original packaging, with factory-seal, and were not opened or used. "bazaar" has the right to deny the return of baby-items that are not customary to be returned for hygienic reasons or in case the packaging makes it impossible to verify that they are not used.
Baby products fulfilled by "bazaar" qualify for free return shipping. If your return is not a result of an "bazaar" error, we will not refund the original shipping fees.
Clothing and accessories
You can return clothing and accessories within 14 days of receipt of shipment.
* Free Returns only apply to Fulfilled by "bazaar" product(s). It does not apply to the same product(s) fulfilled by Marketplace sellers.
* To be eligible for Free Returns, items returned must be in new and unworn condition in the original packaging for a full refund in accordance with our returns policy.
* All product packaging and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the product.
* Any product(s) returned without original documentation will be rejected.
* Any product(s) that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will be refunded partially.
* If you selected self-ship shipping option, eligible product(s) must be returned using a trackable shipping method.
* "bazaar" will process your return and issue a full refund with no deduction for shipping after receiving your return of the eligible product(s).
* If you return product(s) that are ineligible for free returns with product(s) that are eligible for free returns, "bazaar" may deduct the shipping costs for the ineligible products(s) from your refund amount in accordance with "bazaar"'s general returns policy. In addition, some special product, order, or handling fees may still apply.
Collectible (sports and entertainment)
*If you selected self-ship shipping option, you must return collectible items with a value of 700 EGP or more using a trackable method.
* All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.
* Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.
* Before shipping a return, photograph the item for your records. All products shall be returned in their original condition, with their packaging intact.
Computers and electronics
* New desktop, laptops, or tablets (excluding Kindle E-readers) purchased from "bazaar"-egy that did not start when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or are still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
* New desktop, laptops, or tablets purchased from "bazaar"-egy that are still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
* Any returned desktop, laptop or tablet that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
* Outside the 14 days return period, customer requests to return such products because they are not working should be directed to the customer service to assess the claimed fault and decide if a refund is appropriate.
* Products purchased from Marketplace sellers are subject to the returns policy of the individual seller.
Fine arts
* If you selected self-ship shipping option, Fine Art items with a value of 700 EGP or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method.
* All product packaging (boxes, etc.) and certificates of authenticity and appraisal must be returned with the item.
* Any Fine Art item returned without original documentation will be rejected.
* Any Fine Art items that have been damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery, won't be accepted for return.
* Before sending a Fine Art return, photograph the item for your records.
Hazardous materials
* Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases that are in their original condition and sealed are non-returnable to "bazaar". You need to print Hazmat Label to return the Hazardous Materials.
Grocery:
Grocery items are not returnable to "bazaar" but may be refundable.
Pet products
Pet food and similar products are not returnable to "bazaar", but may be refundable.
Video games
* Video games can be returned unopened for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Returned video games that are activated, used, or missing parts will be rejected
Digital products
* Games, software downloads, books purchased from the Kindle Store and purchases from the "bazaar" Appstore for Android are not returnable after purchase
